Can’t see your conversation?
We configure it with your product, your ideal customer and your objections: type of role play, modules, avatar and setting.
Tell us which →What a role play is and what it’s for
A role play is a simulation of a real conversation: you play your part and someone else plays the customer, the manager or the colleague. It lets you rehearse what you’re going to say before it really matters.
With AI, the other part is played by an avatar that listens and reacts to what you say, so every conversation is different. You can practise whenever you want, repeat as many times as you need and get feedback at the end.
How to use these examples
- Choose the conversation most like yours. Filter by sales, customer service or leadership.
- Read the situation and how it starts. Each example explains what makes it difficult and what the feedback assesses.
- Practise it with your team. In AI Role Play, every example is adapted to your product, your customers and your objections.
Frequently asked questions
What is a sales role play?
It’s a simulation of a sales conversation, such as a cold call, a discovery call or a negotiation, so you can practise it before having it with a real customer.
How does an AI role play work?
The person talks by voice with an AI avatar that plays the customer, the manager or the colleague. The avatar reacts to what they say and, at the end, they get a report with their strengths and what they can improve.
What role play examples are there for customer service?
An angry customer with an incident, a customer who wants to cancel and a renewal at risk. All of them can be adapted to your service and your procedures.
Are there role play examples for managers?
Yes: giving feedback to a team member about low performance and talking to someone who has lost motivation. They are difficult conversations worth rehearsing beforehand.
Can I create a custom role play?
Yes. You define the profile of the other person, your product or service and the context of the conversation, with its interests, questions and objections. We’ll show you in a demo.
